A performance class open only to seniors, students have an opportunity to become relaxed and comfortable speaking before others. This is imperative for seniors who must present weekly progress reports in labs and speak before leaders in local businesses. While the focus is on speech-making, the course also includes delivering dramatic monologues, oral interpretation of literature, creating & delivering :60 radio spots, speeches to introduce, speeches to inform and educate, how-to speeches, speeches with PowerPoint presentations, both sides of job interviews (acting as both interviewer and interviewee), and a wide range of other speech activities.
